Our Change Driver, founded Tribe Research in 1997 and is the CEO.
Change drivers are agents of change. They are people who act as a catalyst for positive social, cultural or behavioural change. They are constantly adapting to new practices and are motivated to find better ways to do things.
Kate Tribe is a quantitative market and social researcher. She founded Tribe Research in 1997 and is the CEO. She conceptualised Tribal Tool-Kit – a way to easily and visually get to know your tribe.
Kate has developed Tribe Research into an innovative and creative company focusing on accessible ways for business, non-profit and government sectors to grow from a better understanding of their tribe. Kate understands that as leaders of an organisation you need to be clear-headed about your marketing and business planning priorities and has made this a primary focus of Tribe Research’s solution.
Kate’s expertise as a market researcher is on display at Flying Solo, an online resource for small business advice. She also writes as a market research expert for Kochie’s Business Builders.

Kate has a bachelor of Science in Applied Economic Geography with honours and a Masters of Health Administration by research.
