A structured survey interview conducted by our Change Driver, Kate Tribe, will clarify where your business or organisation currently stands, what you need to find out in order to grow, what resources you have to do this and the best methods available to you.

We then provide you with a report that outlines the areas identified as research worthy, and suggest ways you can carry out your aims – from adjusting existing information collection and storage, designing a survey that captures your key issues of interest, how to effectively collect this information and finally how to interpret and utilise the findings.

Just 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Purchase your Orientation

The Orientation is a one-off payment of $385 (including GST).

If you commence custom research or the strategy package with Tribe Research within three months of the completion of your Know Your Tribe Orientation, this amount is refunded.

Step 2: Interview

On receipt of your payment we will contact you to arrange a time to meet with Kate Tribe. If you are out of Sydney this will be by telephone or Skype.

The interview will take one hour.

We explore where your business or organisation currently stands, what you need to find out in order to grow your business, what resources you have to do this and the best methods available to you.

Bring along any previous research you have done and forms you use to collect information currently.  These will be reviewed as part of the process.

Step 3: Your report

Within a week, we provide you with a report detailing your business’ readiness for research, whether or not research will benefit you, and if so, suggestions for research that will suit your current situation and your goals.

Bonus: With your report you will receive an account for Tribal Tool-Kit with 10 CloudMaker credits valued at $50 (AU).

Our report will provide you with details on the steps you can take to introduce effective research into your organisation. If you are ready to proceed with customised research we are happy to provide a quotation on the research  options available to suit your needs and budget.
